Lars Alexanderson
Introduction
Lars Alexandersson is a new character that is set to appear in Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion, along with Alisa Bosconovitch. Currently, very little is known about him. He has been described as a “strange foreigner” and a “rebel”. He has blond hair that is spiked up vertically, resembling characters from the Dragon Ball franchise, such as Vegeta, Goku, and Trunks. His first outfit consists of a red and black armored suit, along with a black cape and a metal emblem of a lion on his chest. His second outfit consists of brown shoes, white pants, a dark blue jacket with a large white design on the top part and an extended collar, and red gloves. Also, Lars has a mobile phone that he talks into, and he speaks Japanese. Lars’ tagline is “The one who betrayed his own in order to build a new era.” ([2]). Some of Lars’ quotes are, “You can’t stop me.” (a win animation where he rubs his right hand across the lion emblem on his chest) and “Roger, I’ll be there soon.” (a win animation where he’s talking into his mobile phone) ([3]). The new console / NOVO trailer reveals that two of Lars’ other quotes are, “You really think you can stop me?” and, “I think you should move out of the way.” . Additionally, in the second Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion trailer , Jin Kazama is shown talking on a mobile phone. Although it is unknown who he is talking to, it is possibly Lars, as he is also known for using a mobile phone, and Lars was an employee of Jin.
In a hands-on preview during TGS, 1up.com revealed that Lars is “a former member of Jin’s paramilitary Tekken Force who’s become disillusioned with the Mishima Zaibatsu’s tyrannical desire for conquest” . Both 1up.com and IGN.com state that he is Heihachi’s son. Lars being formerly part of the Mishima Zaibatsu is also reported in an issue of Arcadia magazine with a relationship chart
Story
As the Mishima Financial Group (MFG) waged war on the world, its illustrious corps, the Tekken Force, began its worldwide coup d’etat. However, G Corporation’s rose up and opposed their forces, resulting in intense conflicts the world over.
The mastermind behind the coup d’etat was none other than Lars Alexandersson.
Lars is a young, charismatic Tekken Force officer with unmatched physical ability and intellect. Even after his promotion, he continued to place himself in the thick of battle. His military prowess and openheartedness have made him popular among his subordinates.
Lars is a descendant and also a son of Heihachi Mishima, and no one, aside from Lars himself, knows this fact. Not even his father…
